Ferris Wheel Made From Barbecue Sticks

Hubby wanted to do something productive this past weekend since we can’t really go out because of the heavy rains. He has been meaning to make a Ferris Wheel out of barbecue sticks.  And this is what he came up with :

  1. First of all, the ferris wheel you made out of barbeque sticks looks amazing!!!My 12 year-old and I have been racking our brains to figure out to make one for her class project. We tried popsicle sticks, but it was a disaster. Is there any way you can give us an idea how you made yours? We would greatly appreciate it!
    Thanks!

    • Hi, Angie! Thanks for visiting. If you’re going to use barbecue sticks, you can make it more sturdy if, after using ordinary glue, you tie the corners together with a white thread (the one that’s used for sewing) then seal them with any commercially available adhesive (such as Mighty Bond). Hope it helps.
Good luck on your daughter’s project.
      Happy Weekend!
